Putts for Pediatrics raises more than $25Kto support local children's healthcare

Children's Miracle Network (CMN) at CHRISTUS Southeast Texas Health System brought together community leaders, local businesses and supporters for its annual Putts for Pediatrics fundraiser on Friday at Rikenjaks, raising more than $25,000 to support pediatric programs, services and equipment across Southeast Texas.

The event featured miniature golf, team challenges and networking opportunities, all focused on advancing pediatric healthcare in the region. Proceeds from the fundraiser stay local and directly benefit pediatric patients served by CHRISTUS Southeast Texas Health System.

"We are grateful for the incredible support from our sponsors, participants and community partners who made this event a success," said Caralee Thompson, program manager, Children's Miracle Network at CHRISTUS Southeast Texas Foundation. "Every dollar raised helps ensure local children have access to the specialized care, equipment and services they need close to home."

Support from sponsors, including presenting sponsor Entergy, and leadership sponsors Education First Federal Credit Union and Quality Mat Company, played a key role in the event's success.

Since its inception, Putts for Pediatrics has helped fund resources enhancing pediatric care while supporting CHRISTUS Southeast Texas Health System's mission of delivering high-quality healthcare to the communities it serves.
